These sessions are aimed at giving trainees the opportunity to cover either Learn To Ride cycle training, off-road (Level 1) skills or on-road (Level 2) skills in a relaxed and enjoyable group environment.
Learning as a group is great fun and our instructors are exceptionally patient and encouraging, moving progressively through the National Standards for Cycle Training.
The riding ability required for trainees varies depending on the course so please check on the individual course description to see what’s available in your area. If you choose the on-road Level 2 course you must either have completed Level 1 training or be confident you already have Level 1 skills. We do check this before going out on the roads! If you are unsure of your level, check the National Standards for Cycle Training syllabus.
In most locations, we are able to provide bicycles so not having a bike doesn’t have to be an obstacle! Please check individual course info for bike availability.
See below for upcoming courses or visit the Your Borough page to see if free adult group cycle training is available in your area.
