BikeRight! outsource certain data processing and storage tasks and some of our courses require trainee details to be passed on to accrediting and awarding bodies for the purpose of recording outcomes and issuing qualifications. All of our suppliers and partners are vetted to ensure that their systems are secure and comply with all current UK/EU legislation. Only BikeRight! has access to the data held on our suppliers and partners systems. However we do not have any control over these systems and as such they are not governed by this privacy statement.
We are contractually obliged to pass on data for evaluation purposes regarding courses that are funded by our public authority partners.
